AMENDMENTS TIME - If the work doesn't meet the requirements of the client's original order, you may offer a time period in which the client can contact you for amendments.

% REFUND FOR LATE DELIVERY - If you do not deliver the work within the timescale you agreed on, this is the percentage of your fee that you are willing to refund to the client.
