How does Escrow work?

EssayBay provides users with escrow payment options to help projects get completed smoothly. Buyers put money into an 'escrow' account for the writer. They cannot withdraw the money from that account, and neither can the writer access the money. The Buyer releases the money when they are happy with the project.

Both users can then view the payment in the escrow account. Only the buyer can complete the payment to the writer - and the writer is the only person (other than EssayBay staff) who can cancel the escrow payment (returning the money to the Buyer).

If there are any disputes over a project, EssayBay staff can help resolve it and can decide who the money rightfully should go to.
