How do I contact my writer/buyer?

Use the project message board. Make sure you know the user name of your writer first.

Go to 'My Account' and select the project from the list under 'Current Projects' by clicking on the project number.

Then click 'View Message Board'.

To post a message, click 'REPLY'. You need to specify the name of your writer/buyer so that they get the message. This will appear in a drop down box if you're already working on the project with them.

Please note that you MAY NOT exchange personal contact details such as your email address, telephone number, MSN messenger name or skype details.
