Description	I have a research assignment due on 15/06/2008. I am undertaking Information Technology Law in Sydney, Australia. We are required to submit a 4000 word paper on any topic. I have chosen Internet Content regulation and the digital divide, comparing only two countries, Australia and India. My focus is mainly on firstly - describing the type of Internet regulations each country currently has, type of regulation required according to the structure, culture and economy of each country, how digital divide affects both countries, problems with the current regulation and ways of adopting or reforming the content regulatory system.
