 Description This will be an EASY ESSAY

The objective of this essay is to identify appropriate guidelines for addressing cultural sensitivity issues in learning. These would be the guidelines that developers need to be sensitive to for developing material in a learning environment.

I need a short essay of about 3 or 4 pages.
I need the essay to be in APA format and in this order:

1. Describe your instructional setting, audience, and content area to provide a context for your work on this assignment.

2. Describe appropriate guidelines that a developer should address to be sensitive to cultural differences within your given audience.
A. Support your description with personal teaching experiences in developing curriculum.

3. Describe at least three examples from your own experience in which cultural issues made an impact on the learning environment.
