 Description World History. From the book Guns, Germs and Steel: The Fates of Human Societies by author Jared Diamond. Jared identifies in Part One and Part Two of the book several reasons why he believes human societies develop so differently. I have to identify and discuss the factors that he feels are most important in determining why some societies are more advanced than others.
