Description The following is a description of the background for the report:

Your client is looking to having a bulding constructed. He hasn't done anything like this before. However, he does understand the meaning of the term contract, as a legally enforceable agreement.

Your client understands that there are essentials of a valid contract that have to be present if a contract i to be created; and also that from time to time buildings are constructed without there being a contract in place.

Your client asks you to provide a report (on a single side of the single sheet of paper) in which you explain to him whether, in regard to having his building constructed, it would be better for him to have a contract - or not to have a contract - with the builder? ; and why?
