Write a repot of a minimum of 1000 words which outlines the following key elements within research.
(A) The methods used to analyse the data - qualitative or quantatative.
(B) The methods used for obtaining the data - was this primary or secondary? how was it collated? advantages and disadvantages of methods used. give examples of the diffrent methods used.within this include an evaluation of how the research may impact on current health care sectors.
(C) The structure, nature and content of the research - state what each piece of research is about and explain how the research increases knowledge, consider the hypothesis bieng used and what sort of questions were bieng asked to genearate the information required for this piece of research, in order to validate or disprove the hypothesis. Include an analysis of the purpose of this piece of research and evaluate its potential impact on current practice.
(D) The Ethical Dilemmas of research - What were the benifits of the research?
What were the effects of the participants? consider confidentiality and the legislation associated with research. Give examples of how research results may be used and misused. Include your own analysis of how ethical issues can effect policy and practice in health and social care.
