This project is based on a therapeutic conversation i had with a friend. The essay should include 1.setting of the conversation lighting, seating, place, space ( five marks) 2. identify my perceptions of the persons feelings by tone of voice, posture, facial expressions, words and gestures.(ten marks) 3. I dentify my responses and degree of effectiveness, my responses include immediacy, open ended questions, clarification, focusing, rationalizing, summarizing, minimal encouragers, genuiness, reflecting feelings, and self disclosure.( ten marks) 4. identify non verbal behavior and its impact on the conversation FELOR(face each other, eye contact, lean forward, open postur, relaxed.)(five marks) 5. Identify alternative you could have used and why? (five marks) 6.goals for evloving as acommunicator (five marks) total 40 marks
