Draft will include Abstract and entire dissertation outline
Outline should include problem or hypothesis to be address
Source of information needed or would be use
Method of analysis
What chapter heading will summarize the entire work
Strength and weakness of research chosen method
No conclusion has to be drawn at this point but consider what conclusion might be drawn
The research should propose innovative solution to the existing problem
Work should be original and contributing to the field of procurement
The initial 10 pages draft has to be defended in front of a panel, evaluation will be base on the content, problem analysis, structure and the presentation format.
Reference material should be email as soon as possible to help me prepare for the presentation before the 10 pages are completed.

Final dissertation should be around 20 - 30 THOUSAND words
Proximally 30-60 pages in Time New Roman, 12 point type, single space/ between twenty thousand
of more words but not to exceed forty thousand words.
Margin 40mm on binding edge and 20mm at the other edge
Indented quotation within text and footnotes should be single spaced
Pages should be number in sequence
Should include a table of content indicating the chapters, section s within the chapters and appendices with page number s.
Abstract should be follow by the title page and content list.
A bibliography should be included at the end
Style should be as follows: Date; “15 December 2007”
Reference: footnotes should be numbered in a continuous sequence for each chapter and the number should appear both in the text and super script or either at the bottom of the pages
Footnotes: cite the authority for statement, make cross references or to qualify texual discussion
Unpublished material: should be details , use page number and give date and location if available
Newspaper: full date and page number and title in italic or underline
Journal Articles: tile should appear in quotation marks, name of the journal should be in italic or underlined and page number
Books: author first name or intial follow by surname, title, place of publication , publisher, date, volumn number and page reference.
Website material: should be cited as published material including url address as referenced
