You are required to submit one individual piece of coursework as part of your final assessment for this module. This should be a report of not more than 1,500 words on one of the topics below.
This is an absolute word limit and marking penalties will be applied from 1501 upwards. Students will also be penalised by 2% for not declaring the word count on their essays.

You will need to undertake a brief PEST and SWOT analysis for the organisation. YOU MUST NOT APPROACH BMI BABY FOR INTERVIEWS OR RESEARCH HELP. Use the internet resources and latest company annual report, together with analysis of the competitive position and outlining potential threats and opportunities. You must indicate what you think is its current competitive market position from the analysis and recommend a generic market strategy. Your report should be appropriately structured, contain references to academic textbooks, journal articles, market research and statistical data as well as information on the organisation.
