Description	I need a PHD proposal on how the oil revenue in the west eg, norway is being managed successfully as comparet to that of africa where millions or people are left behind. I have not yet come to a title but i will embrace suggestions. I will like to bring out an original plan and recomendations on how there can be equality in the management of oil to satisfy and better the lives of everyone-be it in europe or africa.
