Show clearly how, using theory and research from the field of organisational behaviour enables a clearer understanding of the problem or issue and the appropriate ways of dealing with it. You will need to justify your answer by reference to existing theory and research evidence. The breakdown should be as follows:
Identification of problems (25%) – what are the major issues, how are they related
Application of appropriate theory (25%) – application of textbook knowledge – depth rather than breadth
Generating solutions and alternative (10%) – feasibility within context
Implementation, recommendations, evaluations (40%) – degree of balanced discussion, quality of reasoning, situational realism, strength of evaluation
