Waking up on christmas, seeing all the presents under the tree. but i couldnt open them until my dad got hime from detroit. tell about the things a child would do all day waiting for her father to get home, like baking cookies with grandma. tell how bad i wanted his to come home so i would build a snowman. at 9pm he called and me n my mom had to go get him un ohio b/c he had a flat tire. even though we didnt get home til 3 am we still built a snowman, and i got to open my presents the next morning. i was 7 years old, i am a female.
was in 1997.
must say at beginning that the xmas of 97 was exciting, lonely (b.c. mu dad wasn't home), and fun, and give examples of these all through the essay..
