Description This dissertation is on the subject of 'Real Estate'. It is choosing a topic you are interested in and then doing lot of hard work that includes empirical research. (suggesting a magazine 'Estate Gazette', and www.egi.co.uk).

It's a bit like a text book includes literature reviews and references. What is also required are list as following:

Well structured
Acknowledgements
Contents
Introduction
Aims and Objectives/ Research question
Methodology
Literature Review (it is not merely a list book what I have read)
Primary date/ Case study
Conclusion/Recommendations

Basically, this is about showing you understand the information, interpreting the information, i.e. this why something happened and perhaps comparing and contrasting it with something else that has happened. It is about using the information, saying "ok - we know what happened and we understand why" But then putting it to some use i.e. to solve a problem or to develop a concept or theory that may help the issue at hand or a hypothetical situation. Next, Start to tie what has been learnt about a sub part of an investigation to other sub parts. What can be deducted from these 2 /3 /4 sub parts? is there a pattern emerging? Make a qualitative assessment of these sub parts and the elements that comprise them e.g. the values they profess to. Try to quantify somehow- graphs / tables / flows etc.
